There's a change in the way messages recorded prior to 22 March 2026 are to be accessed.
Please refer to the following steps -
a. If accessing via laptop, right-click on the audio file.
Select the option to "download" and the corresponding file will be downloaded to your laptop.
Locate the downloaded file and use any media player to playback the downloaded mp3 file.
b. If you are accessing the messages from your phone, then hold to the audio file for about 2 seconds.
Select the option to "download" and the corresponding file will be downloaded to your phone.
Locate the downloaded file and use any available media player to listen to the downloaded mp3 file.
